During the 2nd Quarter, housing prices have increased consistently over the three month period with the exception of semi-detached homes. Detached home prices have increased by 14.1% from the 1st Quarter, a positive trend we forecast to continue. The total volume of sales is steady from this time last year, with 146 sales compared to a total of 143 in 2022.

- Condos currently require an average of 4-5 weeks to sell, representing a notable difference from the average selling time of 2 weeks observed during this period last year.
